Hello! My name is Christian. I am an independently working local tour and hiking guide with over 30 years of guiding experience. I started out organizing and guiding trips in the Alps and other places in Europe, and then later moved to Alaska where - for over 20 years - I ran an outdoor business offering hiking trips in summer and dog mushing expeditions in winter.
I am fluent in English and German.

WANT TO SPEND A FEW QUIET DAYS IN THE COUNTRY?
I live with my family in a country house located about 5km from the main plaza in Villa de Leyva. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and get away for a few days, we have a small apartment available for rent. It has its own private bathroom and entry and if you want, you are welcome to use our kitchen. If you can't live without internet, there is a high speed internet connection in the apartment.
Our apartment has one room with a double bed and another small room with a single bed. The private bathroom has a big bathtub surrounded by windows on three sides that let you enjoy the view of the mountains while taking a hot bath.
